Direct pressed and fermented in old french barriques. Left on barrel for 12 months and rested in bottle for another 4 months.
This batch #1 is showing a round, fruity and spicy texture due to his barrel elevage, allied to a zesty, mineral finish. A true representation of a Mount Gambier Chardonnay with a Volcanic character.
