Certified biodynamic Shiraz grown on sand soils over limestone only kilometres from the ocean from the seaside region of Mount Benson in South Australia’s Limestone Coast. Another experiment that paid off. We make this shiraz in a boujalaes style.

Carbonic maceration with whole bunches for around a week the grapes are then gently de stemmed and left on skins for 24 hours. Open fermented in stainless steel 20 % old French oak 80% stainless elevage.


Bright, crunchy with hints of candy canes. A syrah like no other.
