10 year release for our two 'Relatively' wines, the first wines we ever made and where Good Intentions Wine Co began.
 
Back to 100% Sauvignon Blanc and its original character from 2014. The fruit is de-stemmed and left on skins for 3-4 weeks. Barrel aged for 18 months like the Gris gives this wine that lovely darker amber colour with the introduction of oxygen. 
Bright texture, mineral diven and chalky, yet still soft balanced tanins while staying true to varietal characteristics. 
 
A well balanced, clean orange wine.
