The big Lava;
 
In 2018 we destemmed the Riesling from the Flinty and volcanic soils over limestone of the Coola Road vineyard for 4 days in open top tank and we isolated 1 barrel which we hyper oxydised by not/ little topping during 3 years to create this incredible beast who has been bottled in Magnum ( 1,5 Liter ) !
 
This special Artesian Lava is the fusion of spices, over ripe apricot yet mineral and saline but showing a silky, full mouth feeling surfing on the oxydative wave !
