Premium selected barrels from 'Boxer's Vineyard'. After 10 years of our caring for these vines, this 2022 wine is the last production from this site after new owners sadly removed the vines following the 2022 vintage.
 
This wine is produced from our organically farmed pinot vineyard. Late harvesting (mid-April) helps to ripen the fruit. Whole berry fermentation undertaken with extremely gentle handling results in a juicy yet elegent fruit forward style of Pinot.
Grown on Mount Gambier / Berrin's heavy volcanic ash soils; the volcanic and limestone soils below bring natural acidity with soft and plush tannins.
