A favourite amongst many, including us, stemming from our love of Loire Valley cab franc. This wine is fermented as whole berries only for around 8-10 days and pumped over gently. We press this ferment off while it still retains sweetness in the juice and tannins are low. This results in a fruit forward wine with purity and shine, and beaming with dark berries and wild forest fruits. 
 
This wine has huge depth and complexity with a long palate and great mouth feel, and on the nose it hints at tomato leaves. This year comes lighter in appearance, but still maintains that characteristic cab franc.
