Riesling is sourced from Kongorong in Mount Gambier, which is closer to the ocean with sand soil on heavy flint and limestone.
Bright acidity, fresh palate, high minerality with nashy pear characters. 
 
The grapes were direct pressed and cold settled before being racked off lees. Slow and cold fermentation allowed for characteristics to build. All stainless ferment and elevage.
