Shiraz grapes from the same Coonawarra vineyard as our Floral Range chardonnay. Direct pressed and fermented in stainless steel. All elevage is in tank  on full lees. This results in a rosè with both texture and richness.
 
It is slightly deeper in colour due to the thick shiraz skin and no additives used to strip colour,  the wine is balanced with its acidity and its creaminess and is well weighted and refreshing in its finish.
