Volcanic lakes Chardonnay all picked for 2025 our biggest yield yet coming in at a impressive 7 tonnes it keeps improving with all the hard work. Excitingly this year, Each year we harvest the small amount of Pinot vines throughout the vineyard with our Chardonnay this year having enough to harvest and process a single barrel of volcanic lakes Pinot. Thanks to the team @crookedtoothwines @slowlanewine and the best picking crew to date

@good_wine_bar_shop closed today due to the heat. Unfortunately our little cellar door is a real hot box when it’s pushing 35 and not comfortable for anyone. Plus we are out fishing. Get close to the water and cool down everyone, see you next weekend.

A taste of things to come. At @southaustralianhotel we are aiming to give you not only an elevated dining and drinking experience but also an elevated event experience. We kicked it off with Sunday Loup seasons with @louise_adams_music now we are hosting a casual, fun tasting masterclass with Chris from Wynn’s and myself. Taste your way through back vintage wines you will only find at our pub. The magnums are especially rare and tasty 🤤 Tomorrow night from 6 pm contact @southaustralianhotel for details or book online via history fest (link in bio)

A lot of effort has gone into this site for over 5 years completely organic it keeps growing. Thanks @crookedtoothwines and @slowlanewine for your help growing and picking this site. Bring on the 2024 growing season so much to do 😄
